A refund is only offered if your product is faulty!!

I recommend you read the product descriptions and take note of size and colour details.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from dispatch & must be pre-approved before being sent back by emailing info@youneekcountry.com.au.

Please choose carefully when ordering as refunds are not given if you change your mind. Please ensure your items in your shopping cart are correct before proceeding to checkout. Once you have processed your order it cannot be refunded, modified, or cancelled. This includes failure to enter discount codes or wrong payment method.

PLEASE NOTE: Any product with hair on will vary from the photo as each piece is unique. Cowhide is a natural product & will sometimes have scars, discolouration & marks. These are not faults they are the natural process of this gorgeous product.

RETURNS POLICY:

My aim is to provide you with products & service of the highest standard & quality. If you receive goods with a manufacture fault please send photos of the faulty product with original tags attached & your proof of purchase within 14 days of receipt of goods to info@youneekcountry.com.au. Once I have received your email with photos I will contact you regarding your claim. Failure to provide photo’s may result in your fault claim being denied. Sometimes an exact replacement can not be supplied in which case you will be offered an alternative item to the same value of your choice or a refund.

Shipping is $10 standard or $20 express shipping within Australia only.  You can also take advantage of the FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.
